In line with the EDB's Curriculum Framework of National Security Education in Hong Kong, related learning elements are naturally infused into our English curriculum:

• Knowing our country and culture — Reading and writing tasks on Chinese festivals, landmarks, achievements and cultural stories; our Junior English Ambassador Project invites students to introduce Chinese culture in English.
• Safety in daily life — Thematic units on food safety, health, the environment and cyber safety help students understand that national security is closely connected to everyday life.
• Cyber and information literacy — Students learn to use the Internet and AI tools safely and responsibly, to verify information and to protect personal data.
• Positive values — Law-abidingness, empathy, responsibility and national identity are promoted hand in hand with our 3C culture: Care, Character and Competence.

Through English, our students grow into a generation that is responsible, self-directed and proud of who they are.
